LOTD 6.13.13

I did a Target haul this weekend. I LOVE TARGET! :) I went for a new swim suit and some beach towels because we were invited to friends house to swim in their pool but Jonathan and I didn't have any beach towels. Who doesn't have beach towels? It's really weird that we didn't have any because in the summer we go to the lake and waterpark a lot. Anyways, while at Target I got sucked into the health and beauty aisles just like I always do. I picked up some new foundation, mascara and a pretty glitter liner. Of course, I had to create a look using them!

What I used (not in the order that I used):

1. Ulta Eye Brow Gel $6 I use this gel on my brows before I apply my brow powder. I like doing this because it gives the powder something to stick to and makes the color a little more intense.
2. Elf Liquid Eyeliner in Black $1 I lined my upper lash line with this first to give the glitter liner a base.
3. Maybelline Volum' Express The Rocket Mascara $5.94 This is my new mascara and I love it! It gave me luscious lashes with only two coats, didn't clump at all and after it dried my lashes felt soft as if nothing was on them.
4. Elf Liquid Eyeliner in Copper $1 I layered this one on top of the black liner.
5. Benefit Watt's Up! Luminizer $30 (my Watt's Up! is a sample) I used this under my eyebrows and on my eyes in the inner corners.
6. Tarte BB Cream in Fair $34 I used this as my primer before foundation and concealer. I love that this product hydrates, primes and provides a little bit of coverage all in one. I wish my skin was clear so I could get away with just this!
7. Revlon Colorstay Foundation Normal/Dry Skin in Ivory $9.99 Another new favorite! I have been looking for a new foundation for my super dry, acne prone skin. Colorstay gave me the coverage I need, is formulated to keep my skin hydrated throughout the day and matches my incredibly fair skin.
8. NYX Wonder Pencil in Light $4.50 I love using this on my water line where I tend to be pink. 
9. Benefit Boi-ing Concealer $20 This concealer is a creamy consistency which is perfect for my dry skin. It's perfect for hiding my pesky break outs and camouflages my under eye circles.
10. Anastasia Brow Powder in Medium Ash $23 My favorite brow color! I use the light side since I have platinum hair now. It stays in place all day (with the help of the brow gel) and is the perfect color. I use a slanted brow brush with short strokes.
11. Shiseido Oil Free Bronzer in 02 Medium $35 Usually, bronzers look too fake on my skin. But this one was perfect! I applied it on my cheeks and dusted the product left over on the brush on my temples and nose.
12. Lise Watier Haute Couleur Lip Lacquer in Signature $22 I'm not sure that this is my favorite color with this look. I probably could've used something brighter. I just slapped this on top of my Burt's Bees.
13. Bare Minerals Blush in Flirt...must be discontinued because I can't seem to find it through a retailer. I stippled this on top of the bronzer for some added pink.
